We are thrilled to share that Made By Things has been honored as one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces, among 543 other honorees. This recognition fills us with pride and gratitude, and we are incredibly thankful for this achievement. We couldn’t have received this acknowledgment without the support of our resilient leader, Matt Vojacek. For our team to be nominated, each employee completed a survey that included a variety of topics: management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture.

Matt Vojacek has put in a tremendous effort to create the best working environment for our team. There are many ways in which Matt ensures that the Made By Things culture is on the right track. This includes meeting with each team member every six months to define their goals and listen to their challenges and successes over the previous six months. Matt also prioritizes his team’s goals and ambitions when considering potential projects. Our team is fully remote, and members are located in different areas, such as Arizona, New York, Iowa, and Columbus. As a remote team, we need to communicate as effectively as if we were working together in the same space. Our leader, Matt Vojacek, organizes monthly virtual meetings and annual in-person gatherings for the team to connect, collaborate, and enhance the overall culture.
