It’s no longer enough to simply create as much content as you can and spray it out to the masses. Attention is scarce and with so much noise in the world, it’s going to take some creative ideas to build a real connection with your audience. Our Content Roadmap Workshop was built for teams that could use a creative boost of energy to start producing high-value content.

During our Content Roadmap Workshop, our teams will push, pull, mold, shape, and ultimately build a roadmap that your team can use to align on what content efforts are truly going to move the needle.

What are the outcomes? 

Gain clarity of strengths and weaknesses and build a team focus on what areas need more attention. At the end of the workshop, you’ll receive the final version of the content roadmap with mood boards and cost estimates for each piece of content.

What do I need to bring? 

For this workshop, you’ll need to bring a few things. This workshop works best with 2-6 members of your team, so bring them! You’ll also want to bring any KPIs, specific goals and an idea of your yearly content budget. There are no obligations to work with us after the workshop, but the best creative ideas will need some boundaries.

 

 

 

 

Day One (2 hours)

  • Introductions and goals (30min). We’ll get to know each other and discuss some of the goals each person has for this workshop.
  • Discovery Basics (60min). We’ll discuss some of the basics of a brand to understand where you’ve come from and where you want to go next.
  • Homework Assignment (30min). Identify strengths and weaknesses in your sales funnel and respond to some survey questions.

Day Two (2 hours)

  • Homework review (45min)
  • Industry and competitor trends (30min)
  • Discovery Observations (45min)

 

Day Three (2 hours)

  • Roadmap presentation (2 hours). We’ll go through ALL the ideas and brainstorm how to make them MORE effective.

Afterward, We’ll produce and share a final PDF roadmap document for your team.

  • Can the workshop be virtual?

    Absolutely! While we’d prefer to be in in person, over Zoom or Google Meet works good too. (Especially for remote teams)

  • Is it ok if I'm the only person there from my team?

    While 2-6 team members work best, it’s completely fine if you’re the only person from your team that’s there.

  • Do we HAVE to work with you afterwards?

    Nope! There is no obligation to work together after your workshop. We’ll be able to give you cost and time estimates for each content idea in case you’d like to work with us though.

  • But, I know what I want already.

    We get it, you probably came to us with a very specific product in mind and maybe a little annoyed because we sent you to this page, but hear us out. We have an obligation to you to create the best work we can and make sure it’s effective for you and brings you a positive ROI. Often, people share a reference video and say, “We want that but for us”. The problem with that though is THAT video was produced by a company with a different goal, audience, and branding. When going through our Discovery phase, we consider all those things and thoughtfully put together a creative plan specifically for you. Not just a plan for creating a beautiful project, but a plan to generate value for you and your team.

  • How much of my time will this require?

    The Content Roadmap workshop is spread out between 2 hour sessions over 3 days. They don’t have to be consecutive days. We also have one “homework” assignment that would take roughly 1-2 hours. So in total, we’d say to plan for 8 hours for each member of the team joining us.

  • How much will production cost?

    Every project is different so it’s not as easy to give a specific cost on production. As a reference though, our typical projects range from $15k – $100k. You can read more about what to expect with costs at this link.
