Business Development Specialist
We’re looking for a Full-Time Business Development Specialist to join our team!
In this full-time position, you’ll work primarily with the team to help bring in new animation and video opportunities in the world of advertising and entertainment.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Prospect and acquire new business. (AKA, We need consistent help to bring in more partners and projects.)
- Walking through our process and capabilities with potential clients.
- Building easy-to-understand proposals.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop effective communication for potential clients.
- Identifying and pushing new business opportunities for our team to flourish.
- Really, just building great relationships.
Some essential skills include:
- You’re a GREAT communicator both in person, on video calls, and in emails… Not afraid to jump on the phone too if needed 😉
- You have a good understanding of the world of animation and motion design as well as the process for creating high-end visuals. Maybe you were even an artist at one point?
- You’re a leader who can work independently by creating your own strategies and putting them into action.
Qualifications include:
- Passion… You have to have a great deal of passion for the creative work our team does.
- Can live anywhere in the U.S. but must be able to work in the Eastern time zone.
- Experience with video and/or animation production process.
- Either 2+ years of experience in B2B sales OR experience in an advertising agency or animation studio.
This position will pay $50-$60k + commission.
